Aim Right Staff

Bacher FamilyDarrell Bacher has been a pastor and counselor to at-risk youth for over 20 years. Darrell has served as director of Aim Right Ministries in Phoenix, Arizona since 1991.

Additionally, his experience includes serving as children's pastor at Teen Challenge of Metro Phoenix, chaplain's assistant at Adobe Mountain School, and Senior Pastor of Crossroads Christian Fellowship.

He and his wife Julie have four children: Jasmine, Anthony (Trae), Brandon, and Aaron. Darrell has traveled to Kenya and Southeast Asia on mission trips. "My passion is world missions, seeing the gospel reach the nations."


Amy UnrauThe Aim Right Office Administrator is Amy Unrau. Amy served with Aim Right since September 2004, starting as a ministry intern before taking her current office position. Amy manages the office and helps coordinate programs. She is also the administrator and author of the Aim Right blog.


Caleb and Stephanie ReedCaleb Reed is the Teen Ministry and Intern Director. Caleb is instrumental in encouraging teens as they learn more about Jesus through a variety of activities, including Teen Night, Summer Camp, and Afterschool Recreation programs.He also manages the intern program to ensure focused, well-trained partners to support the Aim Right mission.

Caleb and his wife Stephanie moved to Phoenix from Ohio and were joined by a daughter, Madison. "We moved with a passion for young people, the Garfield community, and Aim Right Ministries. Over the past few years we have seen God┬ámoving through the lives of┬áthe teens, transforming them and preparing them to further His kingdom. The passion is still burning in our hearts to see God move in these young people's lives.”
